Hello! How are you, Master 2ers?
Well, it's my first post at the blog.
Sincerely, I don't actually practice my spoken English outside the classroom. On the other hand, I have some friends from another countries and I keep chatting in English with them. Besides, I always listen to music and read websites, mainly the sports's ones. I feel that specially the reading is really effective, as I try to look in the dictionary for any words I eventually don't know.
One great site to learn english is BBC Learning English, that was recommended by an other teacher at Cultura, Marcia. There are some texts, with the vocabulary explained and the audio available. There are some great mini-games also.
Another one that I can recommend is Tecla SAP. Even though the explanations are in portuguese, there are some good tips for those who are learning English. As it covers the main subjects of mistakes made by people, it turns out to be really interesting!
So... That's about it! See you.
Thanks for sharing, GS. I checked out BBC Learning English, as you recommended, and it's pretty interesting. I'd like to suggest this one: http://www.manythings.org/e/voa.html. Let me know how you liked it.
